Translate Hoshin goals into departmental actions using Catchball alignment practice and create defined action plans including responsibilities, timelines, leading indicators, and review mechanism
Establish a Discipline of Execution using daily/weekly visual performance & accountability routines. Execution routine documented with meeting cadence, team roles, KPI tracking, and problem escalations
